Semi-Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer
CYANStart
The CYANStart is a semi-automatic biochemistry analyzer, it is our entry model. The CYANStart is intended for qual-
ity focused laboratories with a limited budget, performing a limited number of tests a day.
Why CYANStart?
Cost savings:
• Minimum reaction volume of 500 µl results in a decreased cost per test
• No consumables required
• Extra items included at delivery (two fuses, ve paper rolls and one spare lamp)
• Long life lamp
• Robustness of the analyzer, guides the user and reduces mistakes
Flexibility:
• On board printer for automatic or on request printing
• Seven wavelengths (340, 405, 492, 510, 546, 578 & 620 nm lters) cover all clinical diagnostics applications
• Five calculation methods (absorbance, endpoint, two-point, kinetic, bichromatic) and three calibration methods
(factor, calibrator & multi-point calibration) provide plenty of processing options within one system
• Three blank options (sample blank, reagent blank & water) provide background correction of the reagent and sam-
ple coloration
Convenience:
• All Cypress Diagnostics biochemistry reagents are pre-programmed at delivery
• 200 open channels are user programmable to allow for unrestricted testing
• Large font size, pleases the eye and reduces the e ort
• Large keyboard buttons, for unambiguous manipulation with gloves
• Minimal daily maintenance
